This course will cover the following:
- Creating an Excel spreadsheet formatted for mail merge
- Merging the spreadsheet with a Word document
This is a training course for the school's e-mail system, Outlook Web Access.
In this course, you will learn how to:
- access your e-mail inbox.
- reply to and compose new e-mail messages.
- attach files to outgoing messages.
- use the school's built-in address book.
- add contacts to your own address book.
- add a signature to every outgoing message.
- set up automated replies for when you are away.
- organise your e-mails by using folders.
- This course introduces you to Microsoft's PowerPoint 2003 presentation software, from creating your first presentation through to including sounds and videos in your presentations.
